Sonia Grimm is a Swiss author, songwriter, and performer. For over twenty years, she has been creating shows, songs, and educational tools that combine art, prevention, and personal transformation. A recognized artist, she has performed hundreds of concerts for children and families, composed more than a hundred songs, published several books, and trained generations of students in the performing arts.
In 2024, she celebrated twenty years of career achievement by earning an Experience-Based Doctorate in Creative Arts and Leadership, focused on operational and communication methodology, adaptive and conscious leadership, and the use of emotional intelligence in artistic production.
Her life journey, marked by personal trials and profound resilience, has led her to place her art and experience at the service of prevention and personal support. As President of the association Parle-moi, she works to support victims and prevent bullying. She is also the author of Insoumise – Autopsy of a Destructive Love (Favre Editions, 2018) and Par le MOI (WuWei Inspiration, 2021), both of which share a path toward self-reconstruction and self-awareness.
A Certified Applied Neuroscience Practitioner, holistic energetician, and trained in various approaches to personal development, Sonia now offers conferences, prevention shows, youth concerts, and transformational programs.
Across all her activities, she pursues a single mission: to awaken consciousness, sow seeds of peace, and inspire both children and adults to transform suffering into strength.
